- Uhh, NO the Catholic church DOES NOT need to bow to popular opinion. Like condoning abortion, premarital sex or divorce the Catholic Church will not support any of these even though all are popularly accepted in our society.

- Everyone keeps talking about tolerance. We have to be tolerant of gays, lesbians, transgenders, fill-in-the-blank. Well those groups also need to exhibit tolerance towards people that don't share whatever opinion does not align with their own. Its not a one way street.
